Report On Bunaken Dive Trip

My Bunaken dive trip report is definitely over due ... so here it goes ...

Arriving from KL's LCCT terminal to Jakarta's Soekarno-Hatta was alright. Flight was full with Indonesian of course.

Eddy was there at the airport waiting for me and Agnes. We had a quick dinner at the airport before heading to Ed's place. We hit the bed early that night as we need to catch early flight to Manado.

Flight to Manado was uneventful ... it was long flight - almost 3 hours!

Arrived at the resort around 2.00pm and first thing the dive master asked me and Ed was 'are we ready to dive?' What? No pool session for me? Hahaha

We did a quick dive at house reef ... i'm not rusty after all Ed! It was fun and exciting at the same time as i missed diving much.

Next 2 days of diving in and around the Bunaken's National Park was fantastic. Weather was fine through out the trip. Agnes stayed on the boat with Mella and did some snorkeling ... and some puking in the process too. Dey! Mabuk laut ka? Teler ya? haha

I busted my ear drum (again!) on the 2nd day of diving and gave up diving for the 3rd day. However managed to do 1 dive at the straits. Eddy enjoyed his dives after that ... i didn't bug him after that. hahaha

Resort
The resort has somewhat runned down.

Food rating 4 / 10.
Oh yes, we tried Paniki - a local delicacy ... stir fried bats!
