Back to work in Indonesia
Here i am in Indonesia back to work after a lapse of 12 years ... or was it 13 years?
I had the best of time and experience working in Surabaya the last time i was here during 1993 - 1996.
Eddy was there helping me out with the work permits and such. He made my transition from Malaysia to Indonesia a smooth transaction with local authority.
Not sure how long i'll be based here this time around. For sure i do want to make full use of the time i'll be here with my wife Agnes. I'm sure she'll love this place when she arrives next month to join me.
Surabaya has changed alot since i was here last. A new airport, more shopping malls and Jl. May Jen Sungkono has alot more shops it used to be. The next few weeks i'll be checking out the town and surrounding areas.
